Arrival and departure<\/strong>
The hotel room is at your disposal at the latest from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure you must leave the room at the latest at 15.00. 11.00.<\/p>

Late arrival<\/strong>
The room is reserved for arrival no later than 19.00. If you expect to arrive later, you must inform the hotel in advance.<\/p>

Cancellation and no-show<\/strong>
Cancellations must be made no later than 18:00 the day before arrival. If you fail to cancel or cancel later than 18:00, you will have to pay for one day.
If the hotel has incurred special costs in connection with your booking, you will be liable for these. <\/p>

Departure before the end of the agreed period<\/strong>
If you have booked for a specific period but depart before the end of that period, you will pay the same compensation as for late cancellation. In other words, in addition to the price for the time you stayed at the hotel, you will pay for an additional day. <\/p>

Indefinite stay<\/strong>
If you are staying at the hotel for an indefinite period and extending your stay by one day at a time, you must notify the hotel of your departure no later than 18.00 on the day before your departure. Otherwise you will have to pay for an extra day.
If the hotel can no longer let you use the room, you have the right to be informed by 18.00 on the day before departure. <\/p>

Liability for lost\/stolen property in hotel rooms<\/strong>
The hotel is not strictly liable for the property you keep in your hotel room or in the safe in your room. However, should it turn out that the hotel or its staff have acted negligently or recklessly or are otherwise to blame for the loss of property, the hotel will be liable for the lost\/stolen property. <\/p>

Damage to hotel property<\/strong>
